She writes: I have stayed at Hilton properties all over the United States because of their attention to detail. Since September I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Livingston 2 times a month and never have I been this pleased. My first stay was during the hurricanr when things were so hectic, but at that point you really proved your commitment to guests and the hotel. How you and your team managed to keep the hotel clean, guest pleased, and a friendly pleasant atmosphere is beyond me, and fed us a hot meal every night too. This was my first stay and the reason for my continued use of your hotel.

The point of this letter is to let the Hampton employees know how much as a guest I appreciate each of you. This is the staff they should clone and the hotel they shold model all others after. You do the Hilton hotel group proud. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. I love my time spent at your hotel. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
