employee. As “customers” we tend to always speak up when there is a
problem and rarely take the time to say “thanks” when someone makes a
difference. You are lucky to have an employee. His
professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge made working with your hotel a
pleasure. He went above and beyond in customer service, a nice
refreshing change from the service provided at most hotels. From prior to my groups
