Craig Schulman performs a spectacular program for the Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra as he presents Broadway’s most famous and notorious roles in Heroes, Monsters and Madmen.   The thoroughly enjoyable evening’s performance by a singer and actor of stellar proportions was followed by an after-hours reception of equal excellence.  Food & Beverage manager BJ Roberts joined forces with the talented staff of the Hotel Phillips Grill 66 to host the first annual after-hours reception at the Bartlesville Community Center.  In usual Hotel Phillips fashion, the elaborate fare was pleasing to multitude of over 400 BSO patrons and contributors.  Nan Buhlinger, General Manager of the Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra said of the quality and presentation by Grill 66 “You all really know how to throw a great party!  This is the best reception the Community Center has had.  We cannot wait to do it again!”  The team at Hotel Phillips Grill 66 echoes that sentiment “We cannot wait to do it again!” This is only one of many upcoming community events where we will shine; reminding Bartlesville that Hotel Phillips is the place to call if you want your event to “Dazzle”.

While hotel lending does not really have a sub-prime aspect in name it does have “conduit” lending.  This lending source is used for stabilized operating hotels and is significantly more sophisticated than what was happening in the Housing sub-prime market. Read the rest of this entry
