Message: Just want to express my sincere thanks to your night shift employee Art. As “customers” we tend to always speak up when there is a problem and rarely take the time to say “thanks” when someone makes a difference. You are lucky to have an employee such as Art. His professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge made working with your hotel a pleasure. Art went above and beyond in customer service, a nice
refreshing change from the service provided at most hotels.
From prior to my groups arrival, Art made us feel welcomed at your hotel and continued to stay connected after their arrival. Auburn Gymnastics Center has 4 more nights at the hotel, all which they are looking forward to. Please take time to compliment Art, he definitely makes a difference. Please also tell Art that I personally appreciate him taking care of the “boss man”!!
This is what one of Hotel Phillips guests had to say about thier stay.
“We’ve stayed at this hotel on several occasions while attending swim meets in the Bartlesville area. We love the decor and the suites on the 5th floor are as nice as any 4 star hotel. The bed and bedding are top of the line and the amount of space you get for your money is unbeatable. Most importantly, the staff is so accommodation and friendly. I left my phone charger in the room and they had it packaged and mailed back to me in two days. No charge. Wonderful front desk manager. Great free breakfast buffet. Clean. Fresh. convenient. Need I say more. I’ve heard that Conoco Philips is closing this wonderful hotel and that is just plain wrong. They are making a huge mistake and will lose many faithful customers. Nothing beats the Hotel Phillips. Stay there while you can. You won’t be disappointed.”
One of our guests emailed this letter of appreciation to our General Manager, Lloyd Quinn:

Hotel Phillips has had the pleasure of having Mr Bleu as a frequent guest. His positive attitude and charming personality has put a smile on the employees faces when he arrives in town. He had this to say about the hotel… “The employees here have made me feel like this is my second home with their friendly service. They all know me by name and will go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I enjoy staying here.”
Sandra from Houston wants us to know that her waiter was polite and very attentive to her needs while having dinner at the Grill 66. It was the first time she had been to the restaurant and plans to enjoy more good times there in the future on her future trips to the Bartlesville area.
