Trip type: Family
Our family of 6 stayed here with a large group of other family members for a wedding and had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and easily slept our 4 kids without being too crowded. The internet coffee room was a special treat that we used day and night to just hang out in. Staff was very helpful and nice. Will stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. It has a prime location right off the highway and is next door to a very busy Mexican restaurant. I did not try the restaurant but, the parking lot was full from 5 pm to 8 pm on a weeknight.
About this hotel -
Exceptionally good hot breakfast. Much better than the average Hampton Inn.
The hotel is super clean.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
They have a good high speed internet connection.
The room was average size but included a refrigerator and microwave.
It is obvious that this property is well managed. This was a great stay!
I just wanted to say that my family and I stayed in your hotel (Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Farmington, NM) and was very impressed with the people who were working. The first night we were there, a large group of high school aged kids arrived and made a lot of noise. The staff, even with the craziness, bent over backwards to make out stay better. The hotel was clean and the breakfast area was always full of food, even with all the teenagers. We really felt very welcome there and we will stay there again as we visit that area at least two to three times a year. Thanks.

In the month of September 2009 two of the three Hampton Inns run by Lodging Host Hotel Corp, Hampton Inn Hillsboro TX and Hampton Inn Livingston TX ranked #1 and #5 in the state of Texas. This is a fantastic accomplishment by these hotels and is based on Hilton’s SALT scores (Satisfaction and Loyalty Table) based on customer comment cards and Hilton inspections.
In addition, The Hillsboro property won the Hilton 3rd Quarter Hampton Inn Hall of Fame award for being ranked #33 in the entire Hilton system.
The staff of the Residence Inn Albuquerque Airport was surprised and excited to have a beautiful and delicious sheet cake delivered to them on Wednesday. After playing host, home, and family to William V. and his wife for the past two months, the day before the couple checked out they treated everyone to a lovely and unexpected surprise. Janet Glynn the General Manager said “I could not be more proud of every one of this awesome staff. I have been pulled aside by 3 different guests this week alone to be told how gracious, friendly, and helpful that every staff member they have encounted is.”
Great job everyone and keep it up!

Message: Just want to express my sincere thanks to your night shift employee Art. As “customers” we tend to always speak up when there is a problem and rarely take the time to say “thanks” when someone makes a difference. You are lucky to have an employee such as Art. His professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge made working with your hotel a pleasure. Art went above and beyond in customer service, a nice
refreshing change from the service provided at most hotels.
From prior to my groups arrival, Art made us feel welcomed at your hotel and continued to stay connected after their arrival. Auburn Gymnastics Center has 4 more nights at the hotel, all which they are looking forward to. Please take time to compliment Art, he definitely makes a difference. Please also tell Art that I personally appreciate him taking care of the “boss man”!!
The complimentary shuttle driver (Ahmed) and front desk (June) were lifesavers! There was a mixup at the airport for our luggage, and June and Ahmed were able to solve the problem by storing our luggage and returning it back to us at the airport later. Through their creativity and true customer service, we were able to make all of our meetings with no stress. These employees went above and beyond and shold be commended.
Everything about this hotel was a delight, the complimentary snack area, the complimentary shuttle, the breakfast, the knowledge of the front desk, the ease of check in and out. Definitely will stay here the next time in the DC area.
Sincerely, Nancy Hibbert

Most of my travel to East Texas has been to small, inexpensive hotels with service matching the hotel. I was pleasently surprised at this hotel. The room was large and confortable, the breakfast was good and the entire experience was pleasent.
Of course there was a few negatives, like the desk clerk who was too involved on her cell phone to deal with customers and the loud girls in the room next to mine - “girl’s night out”? I’m sure the desk clerk has moved on to McDonalds and the girls have moved on to another hotel - so I recommend this one with pleasure.
It’s easy to miss - take the main Marshall exit - the hotel is on the south side of the highway.
