While hotel lending does not really have a sub-prime aspect in name it does have “conduit” lending.  This lending source is used for stabilized operating hotels and is significantly more sophisticated than what was happening in the Housing sub-prime market. LONGVIEW, TX (August 10, 2007) - August 10th will be the final working day for our 2007 summer interns.  Over the previous 12 weeks, these college students have worked full-time positions in three of our hotels rotating through all the departments.  They have learned the in-and-out of hotel operations and have become valuable assets along the way.
