Op de gebruikelijke manier van Phillips van het Hotel, was de gedetailleerde vervoerprijs tevredenstellend aan massa meer dan 400 patroons BSO en medewerkers. The Staybridge Suites Las Cruces welcomes the White Sands Missile Range Regional Police Academy. The academy was inaugurated in 2005 to train United States Department of Defense newly appointed Federal Police Officers. The two month training academy meets and exceeds all federal law enforcement officer professional training standards. The White Sands Missile Range Police Academy has several law enforcement instructors who are certified in all phases of basic and advanced law enforcement curriculum.
Because the academy is a two month process, the cadets like having the full kitchens, spacious suites and amenities of the Staybridge Suites hotel. The cadets also chose the Staybridge Suites because of its’ proximity to the White Sands Missile Range.
The range is located in the Tularosa Basin of south-central New Mexico. The area is 20 miles east of Las Cruces. White Sands Missile Range is a rocket range in New Mexico operated by the United States Army. The range covers an area of almost 3,200 miles, making it the largest military installation in the United States.
The police academy is designed to provide the new officer with specific knowledge, ability and skills necessary to perform at the entrance level in Federal Law Enforcement. Eligible students include personnel performing law enforcement missions on Department of Defense installations and activities.

Gloria McKelvey has temporarily left the Holiday Inn Express in Farmington, New Mexico. She will be returning to the hotel and Lodging Host in approximately six months. Janet Glynn, our prior Field Systems Consultant, has stepped in as manager of the Holiday Inn Express in Farmington during their renovation period. “I’m very excited to be a part of such a great team. I’m looking forward to watching the renovation make this hotel an even more comfortable and home-like experience.” Janet K. Glynn, MBA Glynn will continue in management at the new Residence Inn Albuquerque hotel once open in 2008. The corporate position of Field Systems Consultant has been filled by Nikki Patterson, formerly General Manager of the Hampton Inn Livingston.Louis Christian, a Lodging Host manager for over 15 years, is currently filling the Hampton Inn Livingston management position. Christian is also training new managers during this time, preparing the company for future growth. Christian will move to Marshall, Texas to open the new Holiday Inn Express Marshall this spring.Holiday Inn Express Livingston welcomes Ms. Sandra Brown as manager. Brown is a recent hotel management graduate who has also been in training for the prior 90 days with Christian. Down in south Texas, the building of a hotel in Hamilton Texas has caused a shift from the manager at Plantation Suites in Port Aransas (Monica Blackwell) to take the new property when it opens. Her position will be filled by Geneva Peacock, coming from the second position at Candlewood Suites in Round Rock.
LAS CRUCES, NM - The First Annual Christmas Bazaar held at Staybridge Suites Las Cruces on Dec. 9th benefitted Give Kids The World. The Staybridge Suites raised over $400 at their first ever Give Kids the World (GKTW) Christmas Bazaar. The proceeds raised will go to help children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. GKTW provides accommodations at its whimsical resort, donated attractions tickets, meals and more for a week-long, cost-free fantasy vacation. With the help of many generous individuals, corporations and partnering wish-granting organizations, Give Kids The World has welcomed more than 75,000 families from all 50 states and over 50 countries. HILLSBORO, TX - Hampton Inn Hillsboro wanted to give back to their community this Holiday Season. Employees are participating with the local nursing homes Angel Tree Christmas. Employees choose five elderly residents from each nursing home. The residents selected would not otherwise receive gifts and/or visits from family. “You should see the light in their eyes and the giving attitude everyone had when asked if they would like to be part of the program. I saw a few tears also when they found out that these residents would have nothing at Christmas without the Angel Tree Christmas.”, proudly stated Peggy Franklin, General Manager. Employees will be donating gifts to the Angel Tree recipients. However, more importantly, they are giving of their time and hearts in this season of giving.
