    I want to particularly commend two of your staff members.  Marshall Sanchez went out of his way — way out of his way — on at least two occasions to help us.  He found me looking for a parking space in the evenings of both Monday and Tuesday.  He signaled me to follow him, whereupon he took his own car out of a well-lighted and secure spot and turned it over to me.  He did that on both nights.  I was truly astonished.  I couldn't imagine that any hotel staff member would go that far for a guest.  In addition, on Tuesday night, Mrs. Sayre and I were looking for a good restaurant.  Marshall, again, went to great lengths to give us friendly advice and directions.
